Ionomers are copolymers of ethylene and methacrylic acid metal salts. Surlyn offers exceptional toughness, puncture resistance, excellent sealability (even on contaminated surfaces), and abrasion resistance, making it ideal for lidding films, blister packs, and protective layers.
